Delivery dates and shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to destination and size of item. Rates include handling and insurance.

You can also pick up your item directly at our offices near the Montparnasse train station

Delivery time is calculated after payment has been made in full. 

In the event that unforeseen circumstances or exceptional events (natural catastrophes, epidemics, strikes, etc.) delay or prohibit the delivery of merchandise, Libretis.com is cleared of all responsibility.

All items are insured and carefully packed in bubble wrap or shock-absorbing foam. Valuable items will be sent in opaque waterproof envelopes.

Should your purchase not satisfy you, you may contact Libretis within 14 days from the delivery date of your order in order to return it. Note that your intention to return your item(s) must previously be addressed to Libretis by email or post.
